30-Day Quality Guarantee

At House of Coco Belle, every dress is made to make you feel unforgettable, and we stand behind the quality of every piece. That's why each order comes with a 30-day quality guarantee from the day it's delivered.

What's covered

If your item arrives with, or develops, any of the following within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right:

Faulty or broken zips, hooks, clasps or fastenings
Seams coming undone or stitching unravelling
Fabric defects, such as holes, snags or flaws present on arrival
Missing or damaged embellishments (beads, sequins, crystals) caused by a manufacturing fault
Receiving the wrong item, size or colour

What's not covered

Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidents, misuse, alterations or not following the care label (for example, machine washing a dry-clean-only piece)
Stains, perfume, makeup or deodorant marks
Items bought from unauthorised resellers
Change of mind or fit issues (see our Returns Policy for these)

How to make a claim

Email us at help@houseofcbelle.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.
Our team will reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.

How we'll make it right

Once your claim is approved, we'll offer one of the following, depending on stock and the issue:

A free replacement of the same item
An exchange for a different size or style of equal value
A full refund to your original payment method, or store credit

If we ask you to return the item, we'll cover the return shipping cost for approved claims.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. If you are in the UK, you're also protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
